KIEV, May 16 - Ukraine’s national energy company Naftogaz Ukrayiny is in talks with ExxonMobil and Eni on joint development of hydrocarbon deposits in Ukraine, Naftogaz said Monday.

“Naftogaz is actively working on searching and development of hydrocarbon deposits in Ukraine, and is considering inviting foreign companies,” the company said in the statement.
