KIEV, May 12 - The first tender to sell state stakes in energy generating companies and energy supply companies will be held in 2-2.5 months, said Oleksandr Riabchenko, head of the State Property Fund.

Before holding the tenders, the cabinet has to approve a plan of share placement and tender conditions.

The Ukrainian government decided to transfer state-owned stakes in two power generating companies and nine energy supply companies from the Energy Company of Ukraine to the State Property Fund for their sale.
