KIEV, May 12 – Former Prime Minister and Batkivschyna Party leader Yulia Tymoshenko has said she is planning to attend a session of the United States District Court in New York, during the hearing of her lawsuit filed against Dmytro Firtash, a co-founder of Swiss-registered gas trader RosUkrEnergo.

When asked by Ukrainska Pravda Internet newspaper who will represent her interests in New York, she said "me, personally."
