KIEV, May 6 – The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development may lend up to $110 million in total to Lviv fuel distributor Galnaftogaz Concern under the Galnaftogaz Equity Phase II and Galnaftogaz Corporate Loan Phase II projects under a two-year development program estimated at $210 million.

As the EBRD said in a statement on Friday, the loan package consists of a $15 million senior 'A' loan, a $45 million senior syndicated 'B' loan, a $20 million subordinated mezzanine 'C' loan, and $30 million in equity investment financing.
