KIEV, May 4 – Leader of the Batkivschyna Party and former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko has said she intends to appeal to the international courts against the actions of the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine, including the possible changing of the preventive measures taken against her to arrest.
"This will be done to order, illegally, violating my rights, and bearing in mind that Ukrainian courts are not courts at all, we will certainly appeal to international courts against every unlawful action by the prosecutor's office, we will be defending ourselves and defending Ukraine," she told journalists in Kiev before the interrogation at the Main Investigation Department of the Prosecutor General's Office, commenting on the PGO's threats to put her in detention for delaying the investigation into charges against her.
