KIEV, May 4 – Kiev's economic court has confirmed that AmRuz Trading (Switzerland) and SeaGroup International (USA) unlawfully bought stakes in PJSC Ukrtatnafta (Kremenchuk oil refinery in Poltava region).

The stakes the two companies acquired in Ukrtatnafta were 8.34% and 9.96% of the company's shares respectively.

"An application by Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers to review a May 28, 2008, ruling by Kiev's economic court (No. 28/198-32/175) due to new circumstances should be left unsatisfied and the court ruling should remain unchanged," reads a new court ruling made available to Interfax-Ukraine.
