KIEV, May 4 – The revision of natural gas agreements, an improvement in internal customs regulations, as well as better practices in using financial tools to support domestic exports are among the measures that could reduce Ukraine's foreign trade deficit, according to a draft action plan for 2011 developed by the Ukrainian Economic Development and Trade Ministry.
As the ministry said in a posting on its Web site, the recommendations in the plan are to be included in a corresponding resolution by the Cabinet of Ministers.
