KIEV, April 28 – Ukraine's balance of payments deficit in March stood at $513 million, whereas the country saw a surplus in February and January of $1.362 billion and $259 million, respectively, according to the National Bank of Ukraine.

In March, a deficit was registered both in the current account and the account on transactions with capital and financial transactions, the NBU said.
