KIEV, April 26 – Parliament has ratified an agreement between governments of Russia, Ukraine and Slovakia on the transportation of nuclear materials via Ukraine.
A total of 260 out of 391 MPs registered for voting supported the ratification.
The agreement was signed in Bratislava on October 21, 2010 by Nikolai Spassky, Rosatom Deputy General Director, Olena Mykolaichuk, head of Ukraine's State Nuclear Regulation Committee, and Martin Hren, Slovakia's State Secretary for Economy and Construction.
