KIEV, April 22 – The International Finance Corporation partnered with Erste Bank Ukraine plan to develop energy efficiency finance expertise in the country and launch new financial products for businesses implementing energy efficiency improvements.

"Today we're starting a new program to stimulate investment into the development of a sustainable energy market," Elena Voloshina, the IFC's head of operations in Ukraine, said at a press conference in Kiev on Thursday.

She said that IFC would provide advisory services and Erste Bank will finance the projects using its own funds.
