KIEV, April 22 – Ukrainian Foreign Minister Kostiantyn Hryschenko has noted the effectiveness of talks with Russia on the settlement of problems linked to the stationing of the Russian Black Sea Fleet in Crimea.

"The decision to extend the effect of the agreement [to prolong the stationing of the Russian Black Sea Fleet in Ukraine] enabled the Ukrainian side to return the process regulating the activities of the Russian Black Sea Fleet on Ukrainian territory to the legal field," he said in parliament on Friday.
