KIEV, April 19 – UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon named the main tasks to achieve in responding to the major challenges of modern energy while speaking in Kiev on Tuesday at a summit on the safe and innovative use of nuclear energy.

Among these tasks, he named the need to improve the standards of nuclear energy, guarantees of safety for the public, as well the as complete transparency of information about such objects.
