KIEV, April 19 - The participants in a summit dealing with safe and innovative utilization of nuclear power in Kiev on Tuesday have endorsed a declaration, the text of which is available on the Ukrainian presidential website.

"We, Heads of State, Government and the Representatives of the participating States and Organizations have gathered in Kiev on the eve of the 25th anniversary of the Chernobyl accident to reaffirm our commitment to work cooperatively in the area of nuclear safety, with the aim of strengthening our collective capabilities to prevent and mitigate the occurrence of such accidents in the future," the declaration says.
