KIEV, April 18 – The Ukrainian Infrastructure Ministry and the Crimean government will draft a project to develop the western coast of Crimea as a resort area, involving foreign experts who will be chosen through a competition, Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister and Infrastructure Minister Borys Kolesnikov said.
"We have carefully studied the southern coast of Crimea - the land was stolen there and it's difficult to create large-scale projects. Here, on the western coast, we want to create a project similar to Turkey's Antalya - a project for 100 hotels, several thousand hectares, with an entertainment zone and an international airport," he told reporters on Monday after examining the investment areas of the western part of Crimea, where projects for the development of the resort complex are to be developed.
