BRUSSELS, April 15 – Kiev and Brussels will announce the completion of the talks on the association agreement at the EU-Ukraine summit in December, when the treaty may be initialed but not yet signed.

"I have all the grounds to say that the talks may be completed by the end of this year, as it was announced by the leadership of both Ukraine and the European Union. At the same time, I want to emphasize the word 'complete', or in other words finalize the process of negotiations," head of Ukraine's mission to the European Union Kostiantyn Yeliseyev said in an exclusive interview with Interfax-Ukraine.
