KIEV, April 15 – Ukraine and Vanco Prykerchenska Ltd. (British Virgin Islands) have not finished all of the official procedures for signing an amicable agreement, said Vanco Prykerchenska President Jim Bown.

"Vanco Prykerchenska is continuing its talks with the Ukrainian government to settle a dispute regarding the PSA agreement after the suspension of the arbitration proceedings at the Stockholm Arbitration Tribunal," said Bown.
