KIEV, April 14 – The Agricultural Policy and Food Ministry has attracted international organizations to define the procedure for calculating the initial prices of grain at auctions on the sale of quotas, Agricultural Policy and Food Minister Mykola Prysiazhniuk told the press in Kiev on Wednesday.

"There is no price now. Now we've attracted international organizations and grain traders associations to propose the procedure and the initial price to us," he said.
