KIEV, April 13 – Ukraine plans to draw up a loan agreement on financing the construction of the third and fourth reactors at Khmelnytsky Nuclear Power Plant as soon as possible, the country's prime minister said.

"Taking into account the importance of the project on the construction of the third and fourth reactors at Khmelnytsky for our countries, I consider it necessary to complete preparations for a loan agreement with Sberbank of Russia regarding the financing of this project," Ukrainian Prime Minster Mykola Azarov said at a meeting with Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin in Kiev on Tuesday.
