KIEV, April 11 – Austrian company EPIC has transferred UAH 4.238 billion to the State Property Fund as payment for the 92.79% stake it bought in Ukraine's national telecoms company OJSC Ukrtelecom, the SPF said in a statement on Monday.

According to the fund, half of the UAH 10.575 billion due to be paid has been transferred if a bid deposit of UAH 1.05 billion paid during the tender last autumn, which was recently transferred to the budget, is taken into account.
