KIEV, April 8 – The State Agency for Investment and Management of National Investment Projects expects to start realizing a project to build a rail link between the city of Kiev and Boryspil International Airport in May.

"On April 18 we plan to sign documents with China, which will allow us to start financing in May, and construction will start in May," the agency's head, Vladyslav Kaskiv, said at a press conference on Friday.
