KIEV, Aug. 18 - The national nuclear energy generation company EnergoAtom continues working on prolongation of the effective period of effective nuclear power units.

According to EnergoAtom, on Aug. 16 Deputy Fuel and Energy Minister Mykola Shteinberg conducted a meeting on the matter at Rivne nuclear power plant that gathered representatives of the State Committee for Nuclear Regulation of Ukraine, the Fuel and Energy Ministry, EnergoAtom, plants, design bureaus.
