KIEV, April 8 – Ukrenergo has selected India's Kalpataru to build the power line from 650 kV Rivne nuclear power plant to Kievska substation, Anatoliy Khodakovsky, the company's head, said at a meeting of the National Energy Regulatory Commission.

"We're at the final stage… We expect that the contract will be signed by late April," he said.

Khodakovsky said the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development agreed to the selection of the constructor in February.
