KIEV, April 4 – Deputy Prime Minister and Social Policy Minister Serhiy Tyhypko has proposed the introduction of what he calls "guaranteed wages" in Ukraine.

"We propose to introduce a concept that has never before existed in Ukraine. I refer to guaranteed wages," he said during a press conference in Kiev on Monday.

Tyhypko stressed that "the guaranteed wage" was a key norm for the process of legalization of wages in Ukraine.
