KIEV, April 5 – The average inflation forecast given by experts for Ukraine in 2011 was revised upwards to 11.1% (December over December) from the 10.7% forecast in November 2010, according to a posting on the Economic Development and Trade Ministry's Web site.

The consensus forecast was prepared by the ministry in March 2011 on the basis of updated forecasts provided by experts from 13 state agencies and non-governmental organizations (NGOs), reads the posting.
