ZHUKOVSKY, Aug. 17 - Russia's Roskosmos Russian space agency and Ukraine's National Space Agency signed an agreement on space cooperation at the MAKS 2005 Moscow air show on Wednesday.
Roskosmos Head Anatoliy Perminov and Ukrainian National Space Agency (NSAU) head Yuriy Alekseev signed the document.
