KIEV, Aug. 16 - January through July, UkrTransNafta's oil-trunk pipelines shipped 28.798 million tons of oil, which was 10.7%, or 3.46 million tons, down year-over-year, the Fuel and Energy Ministry reported on Tuesday.

Oil shipments for export to Western Europe (Slovakia, Hungary and the Czech Republic) fell by 0.4%, or 84,000 tones, from January-July last year, to 18.842 million tons, while oil supplies for Ukraine's own need fell by 25.3%, or 3.376 million tons, to 9.956 million tons, the ministry said.
