KIEV, March 25 – Ukrainian opposition leader Yulia Tymoshenko on Friday attacked the government’s plans to sell Naftogaz Ukrayiny shares through a future IPO as a “corruption scandal” and a “crime.”
Ukraine planned to raise up to $6 billion from selling an undisclosed amount of shares at the IPO that may take place in 2012 or in 2013, according to people familiar with the plans.
