KIEV, March 23 – Ukraine’s State Property Fund and Russia's Bryansk engineering plant managing company, part of Russia's Transmashholding, have signed an agreement on the cross-cancellation of counter claims regarding Luhanskteplovoz.

The fund service reported that the agreement was signed to execute a cabinet resolution.

On March 21 Kiev Economic Court approved an amicable agreement between the SPF and Russia's Bryansk engineering plant managing company, under which the Russian investor is to again receive a 76% stake in OJSC Luhanskteplovoz.
