KHARKIV, March 22 – An ambulance plane formerly intended for delivery to Libya is almost finished and Kharkiv Regional State Administration is looking for a buyer for it.
"I don't think that today the government of Libya is ready to discuss the purchase of the plane. They are more likely to need other type of planes," Head of Kharkiv Regional State Administration Mykhailo Dobkin said during a press conference on March 21.
"I don't want to mention anyone, but we have certain contacts with Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan and Tajikistan. With these countries we have some relations and we've held talks [with them] on the purchase of aircraft. And with Russia, of course," Dobkin said.
