KIEV, March 22 – Poland hopes that during its presidency of the European Union Ukraine will sign an association agreement with the EU, although Ukraine needs to conduct a series of reforms to achieve this.

"We would like Ukraine and our neighbor Belarus to have an opportunity to join the European Union," Speaker of the Polish Senate Bogdan Borusewicz said during the 4th session of the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of Ukraine, Lithuania and Poland in Kiev on Tuesday.
