KIEV, March 15 – The National Environmental Investment Agency of Ukraine says that the country's sale of greenhouse gas emissions units could double in 2011 compared to last year.

"Taking into account the trends of last year, we can expect a doubling [of sales]. However, there are several factors that could prevent this," agency spokeswoman Ilona Zayets said.
