KIEV, March 16 – Dairy and meat companies are to send VAT from the sale of their produce and purchase of milk and meat not to special accounts to pay subsidies to farmers, but to a special fund of the national budget.

This is stipulated in cabinet resolution No. 246 of March 2, 2011, which approves a new procedure for VAT calculation and payment of subsidies to milk and meat suppliers.
