KIEV, March 12 – The Ukrainian Justice Ministry, which is empowered to protect the interests of the state in foreign courts, says it is in talks on the signing of amicable agreements on seven disputes, in particular, regarding the necessity to sign an amicable agreement with Vanco Prykerchenska Ltd. (British Virgin Islands).
"The position… has been formed, taking into account previous decisions and agreement reached, and the specifics of the investment project and economic effect for both sides," Justice Minister Oleksandr Lavrynovych said, commenting on the position of the Ukrainian government regarding the signing of an amicable agreement with Vanco Prykerchenska Ltd in the near term.
