KIEV, Aug. 16 - Investors are positive about the decision of the Finance Ministry to issue eurobonds later this year, Ukrsotsbank reported on Monday with reference to its analysts.

According to the analysts, investors do not really clearly understand the mechanism of linking the plans on eurobond placement with the budget plans on the state debt increase this year.
