KIEV, March 9 – Ukraine's State Property Fund and ESU LLC, a subsidiary of Austria's EPIC Concern, are to sign a sale and acquisition agreement on a state-owned 92.79% stake in telecoms giant OJSC Ukrtelecom on March 11.

The Ukrainian regulator plans to invite the press to the official signing ceremony, according to SPF Press Secretary Nina Yavorska.
