KIEV, March 9 – Prime Minister Mykola Azarov has ordered staff decisions to be drafted with respect to the heads of companies, regions and departments that have the largest debts for natural gas.
"I order First Deputy Prime Minister [Andriy] Kliuyev, along with Deputy Prime Minister [Viktor] Tykhonov, to submit on Friday proposals on personnel decisions with respect to those heads who have for at least six months put up with reckless debt, and simultaneously draft a schedule of debt repayment that will be implemented by the new heads of companies, regions and departments," he said.
