KIEV, March 4 – Some 3,500 companies stopped using the single tax system in January and February, as did over 206,000 individual single taxpayers, the president of the Polish-Ukrainian Economic Chamber, Oleksandr Shlapak said at roundtable.

"In two months we lost 3,500 companies that used the single tax system," he said.

He said that they could have been liquidated or started operating in the shadows, or perhaps re-registered as companies paying ordinary taxes.
