KIEV, Aug. 16 - Ukraine may launch a criminal investigation into controversial natural gas import deals signed by former managers of Naftogaz Ukrayiny, Justice Minister Roman Zvarych said Tuesday.

Zvarych said he had recently seen nine such contracts, adding, "there were reasons to say certain criminal schemes had been employed."
