KIEV, Feb. 28 – President Viktor Yanukovych has fulfilled only 20% of his election promises, said a group of political analysts, who said they have given him five out of 12 points for his performance so far.

"If we use educational terminology, then the first year of the fulfillment of the election program of Yanukovych could be assessed at five points under the current 12-point system," Committee of Voters Chairman Oleksandr Chernenko said on Friday, while presenting the results of a joint study entitled "The First Year of the Presidency of Viktor Yanukovych: Analysis of the Fulfillment of the Election Program," which was conducted by the Committee of Voters and the Spilka Political Club.
