KIEV, Feb. 24 – Ukraine's gross public (direct) and guaranteed debt in 2011 is to grow to 44.2% of GDP from 39.6% of GDP as of late 2010, reads an offering memorandum on the issue of Ukraine's eurobonds drawn up by the government.

The document, a copy of which has been sent to Interfax-Ukraine, said that as of late 2009, the gross public debt was 34.8% of GDP.
