KIEV, Feb. 22 – The Cabinet of Ministers is considering ways to resume exports of Ukrainian gas to Poland, a source in the national joint-stock company Naftogaz Ukrayiny has told Interfax-Ukraine.
"Starting from January 1, we stopped exporting gas because, by law, gas produced in Ukraine can be sold only on the domestic market. At the same time, the contract with Gazprom does not allow us to re-export Russian gas... Now the government is working on a document that could solve this problem, and it could be adopted soon," the official said.
