KIEV, Aug. 15 - Ukraine's largest natural gas producer, UkrGazVydobuvannia (UGV), plans to double capacity of its oil refinery Shebelinka GPP next year to 2 million tons per year, UGV general manager Ilya Rybchich said Friday.

He said UGV will rely mostly on Ukrainian-extracted crude oil and gas condensate to back operation of the refinery.
