KIEV, Feb. 22 – The Foreign Ministry and the Defense Ministry on Tuesday scrambled to deny a report that Ukrainian pilots have flown Libya’s planes attacking peaceful demonstrators seeking dismissal of Libyan strongman Moammar Gaddafi.

The ministries reacted to the report by STRATFOR, the U.S. private intelligence and analysis group, which cited diplomatic sources to allege the Ukrainian pilots had flown the MiG planes.
