KIEV, Feb. 15 - Credit Suisse First Boston and Deutsche Bank have withdrawn their demand that Ukrtelecom to pay back early the remaining $222.2 million it owes on a $500 million credit raised in 2005 that they made due to a change in the management of the company, a source in financial circles told Interfax-Ukraine.

"After talks on February 14, CSFB and Deutsche Bank withdrew their demand for the early repayment of the credit. All payments will be done in line with the earlier agreed terms, as foreseen in the credit agreement," he said.
