MOSCOW, Aug. 10 ??“ Nemiroff, one of Ukraine's biggest alcohol makers, is planning to increase vodka sales by over 50% in Russia in comparison with the past year, director general of the company's Russian office Oleksandr Hlus told a press conference in Moscow on Aug. 9.

According to his forecast, this year sales in Russia will reach $270 million. In 2004 the company's sales here made $175 million against $50 million in 2003. During six months of 2005 the sales made $102 million.
