KIEV, Feb. 14 – Kiev hopes to obtain $200-300 million from the issue of eurobonds in June, according to Ruslan Kramarenko, the deputy head of Kiev City State Administration.
The eurobonds will be lead-managed by Credit Suisse, he said.
"Bank Credit Suisse has won a tender to issue eurobonds, the conditions of the tender are confidential, and I cannot disclose them, as we have a signed agreement," he said. "As for the amount – we're planning to raise about $300 million. Of the sum, $200 million will be spent on the repayment of the existing eurobond issue in July 2011."
