KIEV, Feb. 14 – Canada's 3P International Energy Corp. has entered into a binding letter of intent with Nadra Concern for the purchase of its wholly owned subsidiary Tysagaz, the title holder to four gas licenses in Ukraine, for $17 million.
As the company reported on Monday, the deal involves the Rusko-Komarivske, Stanivske, Korolivske gas fields, and the Uzhogorod exploration block in the Western Ukrainian's Transcarpathian region.
