KIEV, Feb. 11 – The introduction of a ban on early return of deposits would represent direct interference by the state in civil-legal and economic-legal relations, according to Yulia Yashenkova, a senior lawyer of AstapovLawyers law firm.

Commenting on the initiative of the National Bank of Ukraine, she said that one should not forget than owners of funds credited to deposits accounts are depositors.
