KIEV, Feb. 8 – Prime Minister Mykola Azarov has signed a decree on the formation of a coordinating center to implement an action plan for liberalizing the EU-Ukraine visa regime.

"In order to ensure the effective implementation of an action plan for the liberalization by the European Union of its visa regime for Ukraine that was adopted on November 22, 2010 at the EU-Ukraine summit in Brussels, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine resolved to form a coordinating center to implement the action plan … and to approve a provision on the coordinating center, which is attached," reads Cabinet of Ministers resolution No. 77 of February 7.
