KIEV, Feb. 8 – The American Chamber of Commerce believes that Ukraine should provide open and transparent grain exports, canceling quotas introduced until March 31, 2011, said Ivan Myroshnychenko, the co-chairman of the ACC agricultural committee.

"The members of the ACC agricultural committee, who represent the largest investors in the Ukrainian agricultural sector, believe that grain exports from Ukraine should be open and free," he said.
